This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
How you will make a difference:
- Work closely with our subject matter experts to document the “as-is” view of all SOPs, providing a clear baseline of current processes.
- Review and analyse local or team-specific SOPs and work instructions, highlighting variations and inconsistencies.
- Identify pain points and areas for improvement, driving efficiency and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Transformation and Operations Teams to develop business cases, helping prioritise and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Ensure training materials and knowledge management articles are updated to reflect the latest SOP changes and refinements.
- Track and measure the effectiveness and benefits of implemented changes, supporting continuous improvement across the business.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven track record in process architecture, with the ability to document processes to Safeguard-standard formats and standards.
- Hands-on experience creating detailed process maps, visually capturing workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand how an operation functions and capture the processes in their raw format quickly
- Skilled at engaging with operational Guardians at all levels to identify improvement opportunities and drive process enhancements.
- Experienced in creating compelling business cases and change rationales that influence decision-making.
- Proficient in Smartsheet (or similar project and process management tools) to track tasks, workflows, and project progress.
- Knowledgeable about Knowledge Management systems, including procedures and governance for updating and creating new content.
- Able to work cross-functionally, building productive relationships quickly to achieve results.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
