Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and procurement process optimization. This role will be instrumental in building scalable procurement frameworks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance across all procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Negotiation & Management
Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with vendors and service providers.
Maintain and update contract documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.
Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Process Development & Optimization
Design and implement procurement processes that support scalability and efficiency.
Identify gaps and continuously improve procurement workflows and documentation standards.
Data Analysis & Allocation Management
Build and maintain complex allocation sheets and cost models using advanced Excel skills.
Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and support budgeting efforts.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track procurement KPIs.
Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and performance reviews.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
Proven track record in leading contract negotiations and managing procurement programs.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, ZIP, Netsuite) is a plus.

Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: INR 1,012,500 - INR 1,417,500 Annual
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
