What We'll Bring:

We are seeking a Product Analyst to oversee the development of carrier and enterprise web portals within the trusted call solutions product suite. This role will be responsible for managing the feature roadmap, development process, and collaboration between engineering and product teams. You will work closely with engineering teams in India to translate product wireframes and requirements from the U.S. product team into scalable, high-quality solutions.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Manage the roadmap and work closely with U.S. team on prioritizing features based on business needs and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with engineering teams in India to oversee portal development and ensure backend implementation aligns with product requirements
  • Act as the bridge between technical and product teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Monitor development progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with global teams
  • Familiarity with APIs, backend development processes, and data security considerations
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on product features to improve user experience and performance

Impact You'll Make:

  • 6+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, telecom or enterprise software
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field
  • Strong understanding of web portals, backend systems and data-driven applications
  • Experience working with engineering in agile environments
  • Ability to manage roadmaps, define product requirements, and drive execution
  • Strong communication skills to work across global teams (India & U.S.)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional travel
  • NEED TO WORK WITH US HOURS

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
