Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria and contribute to solution blueprint documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, release notes, installation guides, configuration documentation, and online help.
• Author structured content using XML/DITA standards.
• Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure documentation accuracy and solution quality.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered functionality aligns with documented requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and end-user training materials.
• Produce feature walkthrough or training videos using Microsoft Clipchamp or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance documentation quality.
• Understand and adhere to all requirements of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), which includes Quality, Information Security, and Privacy.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs, operational workflows, and technical requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
• Experience working with customer stakeholders and technical teams.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, software documentation.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting them as user stories in Agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.

Computer Skills

• Structured authoring using XML / DITA.
• Knowledge of XSLT, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Oxygen XML Editor, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools.
• Experience using Bitbucket
• Experience with AI-assisted technical writing tools (e.g., Positron, SleekAI, or similar)
