Description

At Mindera, We are looking for a skilled Product Design Lead UX to define and drive the product experience strategy while ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. You will lead design initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative and user-centric product experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product experience direction and align it with user needs and company goals.
  • Lead continuous discovery, research, and user testing to ensure products address real user needs.
  • Establish and maintain design standards for products, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility compliance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality designs.
  • Track and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for design effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide a team of UX designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and adopt innovative design practices.

Qualifications:

  • 10-14 years of professional experience in UX design with a proven portfolio of impactful work.
  • Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring design teams and aligning strategies with business goals.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating feedback into designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and agile development processes.
  • Proven success in delivering design solutions for shipped products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience with accessibility guidelines and creating robust design systems.
  • Certifications in UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to link design outcomes to business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills.
