Product Designer | 4-6 years 

As a Product Designer at Emids, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product design visual experience for healthcare solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the design and enhancement of our products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience for our users.

Responsibilities 

Interaction Design:
   - Make sense of complex systems or large volumes of data and content and represent them in simplified models

   - Create intuitive and user-friendly interaction designs for healthcare IT solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient user journey.
   - Participate in user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on user needs and behaviours.
   - Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

   - Design wireframes, user flow diagrams, and application maps

Visual Design:
   - Develop visually appealing and cohesive design elements, including data visualization, UI components, icons, and graphics.
   - Maintain and evolve design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
   - Stay abreast of design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. 

Prototyping and Testing
   - Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
   - Conduct usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (at least 3-4 years) in both interaction and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  3. Proficient in Figma design tool as well as crafting good design systems.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
