About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including product managers, developers, and stakeholders — to design seamless user interfaces and deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
What You I'll Do
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic
designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and
widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and
target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure
the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies
and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UX or Product design experience for enterprise, B2B desktop applications.
- A portfolio of professional product design work for complex enterprise applications or data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, UX Pilot, Miro, Cursor, Replit, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency in rapid prototyping
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience working at a fast-pace startup where you need to combine shipping quality with velocity.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for better design-to-development
collaboration.
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Knowledge of Design Systems and Component Libraries.
- Exposure to UX research tools like Maze, Hotjar, or UserTesting.
- Understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Creative storytelling and ability to present designs effectively to stakeholders.
