What You I'll Do

  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and

  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and

target links for landing pages.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure

the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies

and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

What You’ll Need

  • A portfolio of professional product design work for complex enterprise applications or data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, UX Pilot, Miro, Cursor, Replit, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Proficiency in rapid prototyping

  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience working at a fast-pace startup where you need to combine shipping quality with velocity.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for better design-to-development

collaboration.

  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Knowledge of Design Systems and Component Libraries.
  • Exposure to UX research tools like Maze, Hotjar, or UserTesting.
  • Understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Creative storytelling and ability to present designs effectively to stakeholders.

What We’ll Offer

  • Collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Aviation, Maritime domain exposure, and business knowledge
  • Connectivity and Mobile networking  and business knowledge
  • Opportunity to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Enterprise Product end-to-end experience with direct customer feedback.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • International travel/vacation; a cruise or in-flight end-user experience
  • Opportunity to work across teams and organisations.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
