We are looking for a Product Engineer – SAS DMS with strong experience in the banking domain and hands-on expertise in SaaS-based applicationsDocument/Design Management Systems (DMS), and Virtual Account Banking (VAB) solutions.

This is a techno-functional Developer–Admin role, requiring a balanced profile capable of independently handling application modules, integrations, and configurations.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support SAS DMS (Document / Design Management System) modules.

Work extensively on VAB (Virtual Account Banking) application features and enhancements.

Act as a Developer–Admin, managing both development and administrative responsibilities within the application.

Lead and own DMS and VAB modules, including requirement analysis, implementation, and ongoing support.

Build and manage API integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.

Develop and support event-driven processing using Kafka.

Collaborate with product, business, and banking stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of SaaS-based banking applications.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
  • Strong experience in SaaS-based application design and development.
  • Core expertise in DMS (Document / Design Management Systems).
  • Hands-on experience with Virtual Account Banking (VAB) applications.
  • Solid experience in API integration (REST/SOAP, internal and third-party systems).
  • Working knowledge of Kafka development for event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of techno-functional workflows in banking products.
  • Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules.
Desired Profile
  • Not purely an Administrator or Developer — a balanced techno-functional professional.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in product-based or platform-driven environments is a plus.
