Manage the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-frequency trading platforms, focusing on system integration, performance tuning, and feature enhancement.
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Engineer with deep expertise in the TradeNet family of products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of high-frequency trading platforms, ensuring seamless integration with global financial markets and superior system stability.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- System Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of TradeNet modules (OEMS, Data Streamer, Middle & Back Office).
- Feature Development: Design and build scalable full-stack features using Node.js and React.js to enhance the trading experience.
- Market Connectivity: Manage and optimize FIX protocol integrations and direct market access (DMA) links.
- Performance Tuning: Ensure ultra-low latency for high-volume transactions and real-time data streaming.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and QA to align technical solutions with front-to-back trade lifecycle requirements.
- Support & Maintenance: Investigate root causes of platform issues and implement long-term stability fixes.
- Core Technology: Hands-on experience with TradeNet (mandatory) and trading platforms.
- Development: Proficient in Node.js, React.js, and Java.
- Database: Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Messaging/Middleware: Experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Kafka, or JBoss.
- Protocols: Strong understanding of FIX Protocol, SWIFT integration, and STP (Straight-Through Processing).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of Capital Markets (Equities, Derivatives) and Global Wealth Management flows.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM or equivalent).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to Cloud-native engineering (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
