OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
As our Platform Engineer you will
- Combining technical skills on Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with your business acumen and curiosity, you craft solutions that enable digital transformation within Takeda.
- Consult / Embed with business teams to lead the development of business productivity applications.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (various preferred)
Experience in Agile development.
- Facilitates a culture that is open for innovation and automation and removes barriers to an effective automation culture
- Ability to promote innovative thinking and self development.
- A detailed professional who knows how PowerApps and Power Platform supports client business needs.
- Adept at crafting PowerApps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the globe.
- You have a strong sense of logical process, and can translate business requirements into technical steps, as well as make recommendations for process improvement to the benefit of your clients.
- You will be the liaison between clients, colleagues, and business partners in delivering solutions.
- You enjoy partnering with your clients to develop and lead a technology plan supported by Power Platform, and you have experience working as a consultant.
- You have more than three years of experience in system design, application development, software engineering, or other related experience.
- You are a self-starter and creative thinker.
- You are passionate about Power Platform and its potential to move organizations forward.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ Experience in Cloud and OnPrem Networking and Architecture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
- Extensive experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferable experienced in quality improvement.
- Understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.
- Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
- Experience on multitier onprem architecture design and preferred to have Cloud Network Architecture Designing
- Should have experience in managing the transformation projects
- Knowledge and Understanding of Global LAN/SDWAN onprem Networking
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networking solutions using Cisco technologies
- Experience in decision making on cloud and onprem Network Architecture design
- Should have solutions architect/engineering Exp.
- Experience in Configuring and supporting network equipment including Routers,Switches,Firewalls.
- Experience on Palo Alto Firewalls configurations and troubleshooting.
- Handson experience in configuring and supporting a wide range of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, with expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto Networks technologies.
- Proficiency in conducting firewall configurations and troubleshooting, ensuring the security and integrity of network infrastructure and data assets.
- Experience in automation and orchestration such as Terraform, Ansible, scripting
- Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health, performance and availability of infrastructure and applications.
