What We'll Bring:

We are seeking a Product Advisor to oversee the development of our product platforms within the Trusted Call Solutions (TCS) product suite.

What You'll Bring:

This role will be responsible for collaborating with a product counterpart in the United States to manage the product feature roadmap, development process, and coordination between engineering, operations and other product team members. You will work closely with engineering teams in the U.S. and India to translate product requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities. 

• Collaborate with U.S. product team to prioritize features based on business needs and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering teams in U.S. and India to oversee platform development and ensure implementation aligns with product requirements
• Act as the bridge between technical and product teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
• Monitor development progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with global teams
• Familiarity with APIs, backend development processes, and data security considerations
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on product features to improve user experience and performance

Qualifications and Education:

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, telecom or enterprise software
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business related field
• Strong understanding of web portals, backend systems and data-driven applications
• Experience working with product management, engineering, and operations in agile environments
• Ability to lead and manage roadmaps, define product requirements, and drive execution
• Strong communication skills to work across global teams (India & U.S.)
• This role requires a significant overlap with U.S.-based team working hours, ideally between 8 AM - 1 PM EST.
• A team player with strong interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel may be required

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
