About the Role
We're expanding our product team to accelerate the growth of Bob Finance within the broader Bob HR ecosystem. We're hiring a Product Manager for Data Ingest and Connectors to join our new Lisbon development team.
In this hands-on IC role, you'll work closely with local engineers and cross-regional stakeholders to own how data enters Bob Finance. You'll ensure successful onboard of the HR, payroll, finance, and operational data needed to power analytics, planning, and upcoming AI capabilities.

Job Requirements
- 4-8 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in SaaS .
- Experience with data platforms, integrations, or data engineering-adjacent products .
- Hands-on experience with data connectors or ingestion frameworks.
- Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, rate limits
- Data mapping, transformations, schema evolution, validation
- Data quality frameworks (lineage, dedupe, anomaly detection)
- Excellent communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with remote teammates across time zones.
Job Responsibilities
- Own product definition for data ingestion, connectors, and APIs powering Bob Finance.
- Work closely with the Lisbon dev team to break down requirements, clarify edge cases, and drive execution.
- Prioritize and deliver new data connectors (HR, payroll, ERP, finance, accounting).
- Conduct discovery with customers, partners, and system integrators to understand integration needs.
- Collaborate with PMs across Bob Finance and HiBob to align on ecosystem-wide standards.
- Support AI initiatives that require richer and more reliable input data.
