Job Description

As a Vice President, Product Manager specializing in Machine Learning within JPMorgan Chase, you will lead the charge in pioneering AI-promoten customer service innovations. Your role will involve working closely with industry-leading experts to improve the experiences of millions of customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the product's vision and prioritized roadmap agenda, ensuring the team's health and wellness are maintained through clear and transparent communication. In addition, you will collaborate with product and technology teams to address any obstacles hindering productivity, while continuously fostering a unified culture through the promotion of team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Focus on risk and controls
  • Partners with Product Owners (PO's) / Area Product Owners (APO's) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
  • Plan and deliver execution of product roadmap
  • Monitors Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards
  • Managing product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability
  • Release Management and communication
  • Identify & management of issues
  • Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile
  • Manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
