Workday Learning maintains and builds the skills and knowledge companies need, through an engaging and effortless learning experience, enabling success today, and inspiring growth for their future.It includes a rich set of features including catalog management, course scheduling, enrollment, grading and attendance, as well as rich tools for digital content creation, social learning, and the core requirements for compliance management and insight, powered by AI.

About the Role
We are looking for a team-player, results-orientated and highly engaged Product professional to join our team! You will work closely with a SCRUM team representing the customer and championing their needs. You will:
Engage with customers to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and backlogs.
Engage in Production Support
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the development process.
Build products that impact and drive value for our customers.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in product management, defining and delivering SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products or features.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Other Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research, summarise, and prioritize business requirements
Possesses a strong sense of ownership and a drive to get things done.
Knowledge of Learning Technologies preferred
Prior experience in AI product development is highly desirable.
Proven ability to be a strong Customer Advocate, deeply understanding and representing customer needs in product strategy and decisions through user research, feedback analysis, or customer engagement.
Strong skills in Data Analysis to derive actionable insights for product strategy, prioritization, and measuring success.
Strong Domain Knowledge of the learning industry and market, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
