Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for localizing global messaging and deploying high-impact product marketing initiatives for our Digital, Records and Information Management (RIM), and Data Center portfolios to drive pipeline growth in India. You will join a collaborative and dynamic regional team that acts as the essential bridge between our innovative solutions and our commercial success.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, defining target audiences and key messaging to ensure impactful market entry and measurable performance.
Collaborate with local Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing teams to create high-impact sales enablement tools, including sales plays and competitive intelligence, that empower customer-facing teams to win.
Ensure brand consistency and message alignment by adapting global marketing assets—such as whitepapers, webinars, and website copy—to resonate specifically with the unique needs of the Indian market.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within a global or highly matrixed enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of strategic execution and portfolio growth through brand and content strategies, with the ability to translate complex features into tangible customer benefits.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership, demonstrating the professionalism and communication skills needed to influence local and global leadership.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
