  • Sales Enablement: Create compelling collateral (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battle cards) to support Sales and Customer Success teams in engaging performance-focused clients.
  • Insights: Conduct market research, source and gather advertisers feedback and partner with product and analytics teams to identify key customer segments, use cases, and performance trends.
  • Product Launches: Partner with Product Management to support launches that enhance targeting, measurement, and optimization capabilities for direct response.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Develop case studies, ROI proof points, and thought leadership content to position the platform.

  • Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.
  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.
  • Drive results and growth.
  • Respect and promote inclusion & diversity.
  • Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.
