The Role

We are seeking a savvy Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team. Candidates must have a knack for crafting a compelling message, and a comprehensive understanding of the industry. As the subject matter expert, you will be working towards compiling and constructing engaging stories and assets that highlight Multiplier’s unique value to our customers. You will help own the central positioning for Multiplier, distilling our benefits into effective presentations and materials for our go-to-market teams, case studies, videos, and pages on our website.

What will I be doing?

  • Craft product positioning, value propositions, product stories, and messaging that resonates with Multiplier’s target audience
  • Work closely with Product to identify upcoming releases and create a release roadmap.
  • Work on the development of marketing assets for the launch of all new products and features explaining to both customers and prospects why our new capabilities matter.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline growth and conversion, working closely with sales, content and demand generation teams.
  • Develop assets for marketing campaigns and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value of Multiplier
  • Ensure messaging is correctly used across all internal and external communication, this includes sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics related to product marketing activities

About You

  • 3+ years in a B2B product marketing role preferably in B2B SaaS product Company
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Sales Enablement or Product Life-cycle.
  • Exceptional written skills with an emphasis on storytelling
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation capability
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining ownership, organization, and timely delivery
  • A deep understanding of how B2B products connect with a customer’s business environment and needs.
