The Product Owner L1 will perform business analysis, collect requirements, define features, and support mobile app product development while collaborating with teams on API integration and Agile methodologies.

Business Analysis: Requirement elicitation, stakeholder discussions, BRD/FSD preparation, feature definition, and documentation.
Airline Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of airline business processes, customer journeys, fare/ancillary flows, and industry standards.
Research & Analysis: Ability to identify new features, analyse business needs, write clear feature descriptions, and define acceptance criteria.
Mobile App Product Development: Experience working with mobile app projects (Flutter, iOS, and Android).
Backend API Integration: Familiarity with REST and SOAP services; ability to interpret API specs, map request/response fields, and define API‑driven requirements.
Secondary Skills (Preferred / Good‑to‑Have)
Agile Delivery: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, user story writing, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
Product Orientation: Ability to collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and engineering to shape features and refine requirements.
