What You Will Do

We're looking for a strategic and driven Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of product development, transforming ideas into digital solutions that solve our users' most pressing problems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and deliver exceptional product features.

• Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals. Communicate this vision to all stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and direction.

• Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on tasks that maximize business value and meet user needs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and the development team, to gather requirements, address concerns, and negotiate priorities.

• Sprint Planning and Review: Lead sprint planning sessions, review meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.

• Market and User Research: Conduct market analysis and user research to identify user needs and market trends. Use insights to refine product features and priorities.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance against key metrics. Use data to make informed decisions about future product iterations.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.

• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.

• Attributes: Strategic thinker with a user-centric mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities, commanding presentation skills and leadership qualities.
