As a Product service Engineer, you will be involved in the support of .net based product and responsibility is to troubleshoot and fix bugs and resolve Client tickets. Responsibilities include upskilling to .NET core, coding, debugging, and optimizing and maintaining both frontend and backend components, and providing solutions to data integration problems. You will have experience in supporting/developing .NET applications and have solid skills in C#, java script, SQL Server and related technologies Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical and problem solving skills are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional software development experience building multi-tier, scalable, enterprise-level applications.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with the .NET platform, including development in C#.

• Proficient in MS SQL Server, with a strong grasp of relational database concepts and query optimization.

• Familiarity with Web Services, REST APIs, JavaScript, JQuery, and XML.

• Solid understanding of HTML5 and modern front-end development practices.

• Experience using Visual Studio and version control systems such as TFS.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and deployment issues independently.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Project Managers.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preference:

• Experience providing support to internal or external clients, including technical issue resolution and user assistance.

• Exposure to pair programming and agile development environments.

• Basic understanding of software deployment processes and operational support workflows.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and project requirements.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on code quality and performance.
