· Responsible for Man power & Machine planning, Utilisation and Assembly line TAKT Efficiency

· Schedule Assembly sequence to meet OTS Targets

· Co-ordinate for On the job training for New and Existing operators

· Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor
