The IS Prof Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily governance procedures within Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically focusing on privileged user access and user access to sensitive data.
- Drive technological projects with cross-functional teams that support the expansion of IAM governance.
- Produce insights from data results that are tailored to specific requirements / audiences.
- Communicate, present, and narrate the results of insights to peers and senior leaders.
- Determine scope and impact of project risks and issues; raise and resolve issues.
- Offer evaluative judgment by analyzing factual information in complex and unique situations.
- Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 1 certification or ability to earn within 12 months of joining preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven analytical skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
