Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager, Procurement Enablement to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a catalyst for operational transformation by driving high-impact programs that integrate Six Sigma process engineering with organizational capability.
You will join a forward-thinking global team dedicated to bridging the gap between strategic goals and team performance, ensuring our procurement function remains agile and aligned with enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead Global Transformation and Change Management: Design and execute comprehensive change management frameworks and project lifecycles to ensure high adoption of procurement transformation initiatives across diverse global regions and business units.
Drive Process Engineering and Innovation: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to conduct root-cause analysis and re-engineer procurement workflows, collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated, and efficient solutions.
Enable Organizational Capability: Manage programmatic talent development and technology adoption by designing global training programs and leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities, such as Gemini, to enhance productivity and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience in leading large-scale, global transformation projects, specifically within a complex global procurement environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, with a preferred Green Belt or Black Belt certification and a deep understanding of change management methodologies.
Proven ability in advanced process design, including high proficiency in process mapping, costing, and identifying automation opportunities within a matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master of Business Administration or relevant Master’s degree is a plus).
