Key Responsibilities - 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced certifications or a Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing or program management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs. Experience in digital marketing and integrated campaign management is highly preferred.

  • Strong program management skills with experience in managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) for tracking and reporting program performance.
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Certifications (optional but preferred):
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certifications are a bonus.

Roles and Responsibilities - 

  • Lead multiple marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution. Define objectives, scope, and deliverables for each program.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, set timelines, milestones, and performance metrics. Ensure all teams are aligned and resources are properly allocated.
  • Coordinate with various departments (marketing, creative, product, sales, etc.) to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly. Act as the central point of communication for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee program budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure initiatives stay within financial parameters. Manage both internal and external resources.
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues swiftly to keep programs on track.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure programs meet quality standards and deadlines. Adjust plans as necessary to overcome challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency on program status, milestones, and performance.
  •  Set KPIs and track program results. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor program team members, ensuring alignment with goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Conduct post-program reviews, assess success, and implement improvements for future programs.
