Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with media leadership teams to define, manage, and deliver strategic projects and programs.

  • Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Lead cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving timely execution.

  • Monitor program progress, manage changes, and provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and issues.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones, requiring shift flexibility.

  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and communication standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) to support planning, tracking, and reporting functions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and refining program management practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, ideally within the media industry.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously in a structured, methodical manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong stakeholder engagement ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis and executive reporting.

  • Flexibility to work in different shifts/time zones as needed to support global stakeholders.

  • Certification in Program Management is a strong plus.

  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
