Job Title: Project Coordinator

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across departments. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that project goals are met on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support risk management by identifying potential issues and helping develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure files are up-to-date and accessible.
- Work with finance to track project budgets and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Daily Clients communications and updates must be done
- Excellent communication in English & Tamil and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
