About the Role:
- Churn sales and solutions data into smart sheet tracking
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations (using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or MS Smartsheet).
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support strategic sales decisions.
Content Writing for Marketing (40%)
- Develop clear, engaging, and data-backed content for sales presentations, case studies, white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
- Translate technical and analytical insights into content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns with tailored content to support lead generation and sales enablement.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or content writing.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, Smartsheet).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS tools) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
