Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance. Acts as the link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects successfully.Job Description
- Plan, supervise, and monitor fit-out works at site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Manage material procurement and site resource allocation.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Conduct inspections and support project handover and closeout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
