Responsibilities

Evaluate Functional Requirements: Analyze and document functional requirements for Teamcenter and Polarion, ensuring they align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and clarify requirements, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of needs. 

• Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and systems. Conduct thorough analysis to identify potential risks and benefits, providing recommendations to stakeholders to aid in decision-making.

 • Testing Management: Develop and execute detailed testing plans for Teamcenter and Polarion functionalities. This includes creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results to ensure that all updates meet quality standards and specifications. 

• Deployment Coordination: Oversee the deployment of updates and enhancements to Teamcenter and Polarion. Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to ensure that deployments are executed smoothly and that any issues are promptly addressed. 

• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions for end-users on Teamcenter and Polarion applications. Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate understanding and effective use of the systems, ensuring users are confident in their abilities. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and product management, to ensure that Teamcenter and Polarion are integrated effectively with other systems and processes. Facilitate communication and alignment among teams to support cohesive operations. 

• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor access changes and system performance, ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices. Prepare regular reports on system performance, testing outcomes, and user feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement. 

• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with changes and deployments, developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Ensure that all changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations and that contingency plans are in place.

Qualifications

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter and Polarion, demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities and applications in a business context. 

• Functional Requirement Evaluation: Proven ability to evaluate functional requirements and manage change impacts effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Testing Methodologies: Strong experience in testing methodologies, including the development, execution, and documentation of test scripts to validate system functionalities. 

• Deployment Processes: Familiarity with deployment processes and best practices, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during updates.

 • Training and Support Skills: Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Teamcenter and Polarion effectively. 

• Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
