Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Product/ Project Management team to partner with the Business.
As a Senior Associate in the Project Management - AI/ML Technology team, you will have the opportunity to promote key initiatives within the AI and Machine Learning roadmap. You will work closely with the Business to re-engineer processes, create new functionalities, and implement AI-promoten solutions. Your role will involve analyzing business needs, developing process models, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and platforms.
• Gain product knowledge and domain expertise in AI-driven solutions and their lifecycle.
• Assist in reengineering processes to integrate AI capabilities in correlation with business needs.
• Support evaluation of business processes, conduct requirements analysis, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement AI solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and project teams.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Participate in QA of AI solutions to ensure features and functions are optimized.
• Develop skills in business reengineering, large data handling, and problem-solving with keen attention to detail.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in business analysis or AI product management, in a financial industry.
• Interest and understanding of project management techniques and business analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Knowledge of interaction between products and AI applications.
• Proven track record in driving medium to large-sized projects with strong results.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Knowledge of AI/ML systems and platforms is an advantage.
