Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional software projects using Agile/Waterfall. Manage plans, scope, risks, stakeholders, resources, and communication; run stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and prepare project documentation (SOW, BRD, RAID, MoM).
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning (for Agile projects).
- Facilitate communication between development, QA, design, and business teams.
- Track project progress and report status, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
- Prepare project documentation—SOW, BRD, RAID logs, MoM, status reports.
- Collaborate with PMO and leadership on process improvements.
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in project management (adjust as needed).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management practices.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:
- Jira / Confluence
- MS Project / Azure DevOps
- Trello / Asana / ClickUp
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (Dev, QA, UX, DevOps, Clients).
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, Prince2, PMI-ACP.
- Experience in software development or QA.
- Exposure to enterprise clients or large-scale transformation projects.
- Knowledge of budget management and project financials.
- Experience with cloud-based projects (AWS/Azure/GCP).
