We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in software development to lead and deliver complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and project management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while actively contributing to the codebase when needed.What You'll Bring:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
- Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code when necessary to support the team.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and DevOps.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Agile Practices:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Track team velocity and continuously improve development processes.
Impact You'll Make:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
