Project Manager – MEP – QAQC

Job Description Summary

This role ensures that all MEP systems in a data centre are executed to the highest quality standards, tested thoroughly, commissioned reliably, and documented completely ensuring system performance, redundancy, safety and uptime readiness.

About the Role:

  • Review and Implement QA/QC plans for all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, ELV/BMS, Fire).
  • Review material submittals, conduct factory inspections, and ensure site installation quality.
  • Monitor testing, commissioning, and integrated system performance for compliance and redundancy.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs, and audit reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure quality standards and uptime readiness.

About You:

  • Should have 6+ years in Data Centre projects and overall experience of 15+ years
  • Diploma/ B E in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Should have completed end to end process of at least 3 data centres
