Job Summary
VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager P0 to support the successful execution of various projects. This role will involve assisting in all phases of the project lifecycle, from preparation to close-out, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and documentation of project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Support the coordination of project activities and resources, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
* Contribute to the implementation of project controls, monitoring progress against established baselines.
* Participate in project reviews, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items.
* Support project team coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Help manage project scope, identifying and documenting any changes or deviations.
* Contribute to the assessment and reporting of project performance.
* Learn and apply best practices in operational project management.
* Support the Project Development and Project Handling processes.
Job Qualifications
* Proven foundational knowledge in Project Management principles and methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability to assist with Project Controls and Project Preparation.
* Familiarity with Project Scope Management concepts.
* Basic understanding of Project Performance Management.
* Aptitude for Project Team Coordination and effective communication.
* Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Operational Project Management, Project Development, Project Handling, and Project Reviews.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
