To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Project Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in project management, global payroll, vendor operations, and service delivery within a global EOR context. You’ll lead initiatives to benchmark, create SOPs, manage vendor sourcing, and ensure accurate revenue/margin tracking. Your work will directly impact the scalability and efficiency of our operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to private health insurance benefits, pricing structures, and vendor onboarding.
- Benchmark local and global health insurance offerings to enhance competitive positioning.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge bases.
- Build and maintain external documentation and playbooks for client-facing teams.
- Analyze and report on revenue, margin, and performance metrics for insurance-related offerings.
- Collaborate closely with BusOps Management, Legal, Product, and Client Services to ensure seamless delivery of benefits.
- Own vendor relationships, negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Manage client escalations related to health insurance, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Support compliance reviews and process improvements related to benefits administration.
- Manage invoicing and reconciliations for insurance vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Drive improvements to the product roadmap by surfacing operational pain points and collaborating with Product to scope and prioritize platform automation and tooling enhancements.
What you’ll need:
- Strong knowledge of payroll, logistics, and support models.
- 3–5 years in project/vendor management roles, preferably in SaaS, EOR, or global service delivery.
- Preferably a good understanding of the EOR model and its operational intricacies.
- Experience working in client-facing environments, managing escalations, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines effectively.
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable with Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and Google Sheets for reporting and knowledge management, or other project management tools.
