Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Operations Project Manager with a proven track record in project and team management. This role will lead a project team at our scanning facility, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee project operations and assist with production setup.
- Supervise Team Leaders and Operators; manage resources to meet quality standards and daily targets.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Collect and analyze data; design workflows, escalation charts, and scorecards; prepare regular and monthly reports.
- Arrange training, supervise employees, control costs, monitor compliance, and manage project budgets.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO27001).
- Develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Drive process improvements and implement cost-control measures.
- Manage project tasks including site visits, tendering, quotations, scheduling, and quality control.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients; prepare documentation and client reports.
- Resolve operational issues and design efficient workflows.
- Plan, monitor, and control project budgets; identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operations.
- Understand document management systems, scanning technologies, and workflow automation.
- Analyze data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and develop team members; provide coaching and mentoring for performance.
- Handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Security, Health & Safety:
- Comply with all security, occupational health and safety policies, procedures and written instructions appropriate to the workplace, and ensure all team members meet this requirement.
- Complete required security, health and safety training.
- Cooperate with management and the Company in meeting regulatory requirements.
- Take reasonable care for your personal health and safety, and that of other persons including customers and the public who may be affected by your actions at work.
- Report incidents or near misses, attend any required health and safety meetings, report problems and recommend improvements, and other related activities.
Requirements:
- Degree, major in computer science, or industrial engineering is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility; able to work under pressure
- Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful, and excellent communication skills
- Good time management and strong organizational skills with a logical mindset
- Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of scanning operations is an advantage
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the line manager from time to time
