Job Description & Responsibilities:
This role requires attention to detail in the following areas:
1. Conduct triaging of GCP capacity quota increase requests to enable all customers to scale their GCP workloads.
2. Resolve outstanding quota/capacity requests, with support from partner teams as needed, in alignment with Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
3. Identify, document, and contribute towards improving the efficiency of the triaging & scraping processes for quota requests.
4. Resolve GCP capacity support escalations in coordination with front-line Support teams.
5. Process feedback from account teams to ensure the Large Deals opportunity engagement is current across all systems.
6. Process new requests for no capacity plan exceptions and ensure exception reporting accuracy.
7. Prepare weekly performance metrics for review.
8. Support customer quota requests across key events including Black-Friday Cyber Monday, new product launches and other large customer events.
9. Handle ad-hoc tasks, where applicable, for operational throughput and towards the overall program & service offerings.
10. Contribute to a regional handover process and set reminders for weekly team tasks.
Required Skills:
1. Some hands-on experience working on Cloud Technologies; specifically on Cloud Storage (e.g. Persistent-Disk (PD), Hyper-Disk, Block Storage) projects.
2. Demand/Supply Management for Cloud resources.
3. Project / Program Management experience.
4. Strong Communication skills and the ability to work across globally distributed Teams/Stakeholders.
5. Strong Excel skills to be able to manipulate data and work with different formulas.
6. Added advantage if the Candidate has experience in SQL and Dashboards creation.
