JOB PURPOSE
The person will be responsible to proofread that all final production materials (print, digital, video) are free from spelling, grammatical or typographical errors. Checks copy for readability, style, and agreement with brand/client guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and check the final production materials are free from any errors.
- Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies.
- Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation.
- Data Check all reports on a regular basis.
- Assist in any other business-related activity, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- 4+ years of experience in similar role.
- Master’s/ Bachelor's degree
- Preferable experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups.
- Writing and editing talent
- Computer proficiency
- Detail oriented
- Quick reading skill
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and the Internet.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- An eye for minute details.
- Highly Self-Motivated.
