Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate – Purchase Expeditor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials by tracking purchase orders and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This position is critical to maintaining smooth supply chain operations and supporting on-time production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and material status to align with project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams (procurement, logistics, etc.) to facilitate timely communication and issue resolution.
Identify potential delays or supply chain bottlenecks and take corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, inventory, and associated costs.
Provide regular updates and status reports related to delivery performance and order tracking.
Ensure materials are delivered to the correct location on time to avoid production disruptions.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and suppliers.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactive problem-solving skills to quickly address supply chain issues.
Understanding of procurement, logistics, and basic supply chain processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or supply chain software is a plus.
