Team Overview

Dynamics of the Role
Build and support data-driven applications, ETL pipelines, and analytical solutions using Python and SQL. Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to transform business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.
How You’ll Contribute:
Python Development
• Develop and maintain Python applications, automation scripts, and data processing solutions.
• Build reusable and scalable modules using Python frameworks and libraries.
• Develop APIs and integration services using FastAPI or Flask.
• Perform data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

SQL Development & Database Management

·       Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

·       Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

·       Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Data Engineering & ETL

·       Build and maintain ETL workflows.

·       Implement data validation and quality checks.

·       Support batch and real-time data processing.

What You’ll Bring:

Technical Skills (SQL + Python)

·       Strong Python development experience.

·       Strong SQL programming and database optimization skills.

·       Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.

·       Experience with Git and REST APIs.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Data & Cloud

·       Exposure GCP.

·       Understanding of CI/CD and cloud databases.

Problem Solving & Collaboration

·       Strong analytical and communication skills.

·       Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
