Design, develop and maintain automated test suites using BDD/Cucumber and Selenium. Perform functional, regression and integration testing on Adobe AEM applications within SAFe Agile teams, ensure test traceability, support CI/CD pipelines, and report automation status and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements, design reviews with Product, Business Analysts and Development to assure that the product under development meets requirements, and tested efficiently. Perform requirements reviews and traceability analyses to assess test coverage.
- Performs functional, automation and regression testing and all Initiatives related to Testing process and product rollout into production. The specialists will also work with technology project managers, professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
- Working within agile (Safe-agile) scrum teams with a BDD approach and supporting the developers to quality assure developments early.
- Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using Behavior Driven Development methodology.
- Develop and execute automated test suites for different validation stages – in sprint, integration, regression, performance and usability testing.
- Knowledge on Code and debug complex financial applications, test artifacts, including Test Plans and Exit Reports, conditioning reusable test data for automation scripts.
- Responsible for daily status reporting at project level on various automation initiatives, showcase ROI and champion automation.
- Ensure Traceability of test cases with automation scripts and results back to specific user stories/requirements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in QA Automation
- Highly Proficient in Java and Selenium used for automation.
- Well versed in automation with Cucumber Framework and the Gherkin language
- Extensive experience in testing applications on Adobe AEM platform.
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development, automated test script creation and modification required, in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment build and test cycle.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills are required.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile and Agile-hybrid environment.
