Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in wired networking protocols including VLAN, IP, STP, TCP/UDP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, SPBM
OR
Hands-on experience in Enterprise Wireless LAN testing and validation.
- Solid understanding of network security concepts such as AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting), 802.1X, VPN, Captive Portal, IPsec, and Firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure services including DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, SSH, and Certificate Authorities.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed systems (microservices, APIs, service communication).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of cloud middleware like RabbitMQ & Kafka.
- Proven expertise in triaging, reproducing, and resolving complex customer or field issues in large-scale or production environments.
- Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing) such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills across networking, application, OS, and cloud layers.
- Experience in building or using AI & automation tools for debugging, log analysis, and issue resolution.
- Strong programming & debugging skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with traffic generation tools such as Ixia or Spirent.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as ESX and Hyper-V.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work across development, QA, SRE, and support teams.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CWNA/CWSP, CompTIA Security+, or cloud certifications)
