Role Summary:

This position will support the quality inspection activities in compliance to the quality standards and customer specifications and report to the Quality Supervisor. 
Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Carrying out Customer witness inspection of Hydro Testing, Final inspection & MDB qualification of wet seal system as per customer approved QAP after coordinating with inter departments and closing all documentation queries.
  • To attend important plant accountability meetings to facilitate job progress and issue resolution with stakeholders. 
  • Create awareness within the SCOE Product Leadership community regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize them.
  • Monitor the SCOE Product portfolio KPI’s for India and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targets.
  • Offering All documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with inter departments and closing all documentation queries.
  • To get Inspection release note from Customer (IRN ) by involving with stakeholders addressing all queries.
  • Supporting for Critical bought out of seal system inspection & MDB qualification.
  • Participate and leads internal and supplier audits.
  • Skilled in data analysis and quality KPI performance management.
  • BE with 3/4 yrs. of experience in quality control department


Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Experience in customer handling and offering inspection with respect to Inspection test plan, GA drawing, CS drawing is required.
  • NDT level II (Dye penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing, Radiography testing, Ultrasonic testing) and Visual inspection(preferable)
  • Knowledge in instrumentation required.
  • Knowledge in MS-Office required.
  • Preference from pump, mech seal industry.
  • Knowledge in CUTR, DOSH, ATEX, ARH, PED certifications are essential.
  • Knowledge about SIL, NEMUR, IEC Ex, ATEX certifications of instruments are essential.
  • Experience working in ISO9001 quality management system and supplier quality management.
  • Candidate with good communication preferable.
  • QMS Lead Auditor Certified (preferred)
