Functional Test Engineer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3.5 –8 years of hands-on experience in backend functional testing.
- API Testing: Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs using Postman or Rest Assured.
- Database Testing: Strong understanding of databases and ability to write and execute SQL queries.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and scenario-based testing approach to identify root causes and potential risks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Postman, SQL, or other relevant testing and defect-tracking tools.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
