A QA Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality of products or services provided by an organization. In this role, you would oversee the quality assurance process, manage a team of QA analysts, and work closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met. Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures 

Manage a team of QA analysts and provide leadership and guidance 

Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts 

Perform testing and quality control activities to ensure that products or services meet established quality standards 

Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance activities 

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are understood and met 

Identify and report quality issues and work with other departments to resolve them 

Participate in the development and implementation of new products or services 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering 

10+ years of experience in a QA role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role 

Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies 

Strong Experience with test automation tools and processes 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment 

Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
