Minimum Experience (Years):
- 4-5 years of experience in software testing, with a mix of manual and automated testing experience.
- 1-2 year of experience in a lead or mentoring role within a QA team.
Technical Skills:
- Test Automation: Proficient in test automation, with experience in tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar, and ability to build and maintain automation frameworks.
- API and Performance Testing: Skilled in API testing (e.g., using Postman or REST Assured) and experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) to support continuous integration and testing.
- Agile Testing: Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. Defect Management and Reporting: Advanced skills in defect management, using tools such as JIRA, and expertise in reporting test metrics and KPIs.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and identify root causes effectively.
