QA engineer II

As a Software Engineer II - QA & Test Automation, you will spearhead our commitment to product quality and a shift-left testing approach. You will ensure software application quality and reliability by devising testing strategies and implementing automated frameworks.

About the Role
As a Software Engineer II - QA & Test Automation you will be a part of our Product and Engineering team who are at the forefront of keeping our customers safe from attacks and breaches. In this role you will be focussed on helping our customers seamlessly manage their security solutions as effectively and efficiently as possible, and ensuring our products are delivering a secure experience. You will be given the time to continue to develop your skills surrounded by a team of incredibly smart and experienced Engineers. Specifically, your focus will be to:

• Build, maintain, and release our well architected services by writing correct and clean code consistently and following best practices and conventions
• Participate in the design and planning of upcoming features, our Engineers are first class stakeholders in all parts of the development process
• When required, partner with internal teams such as UX and Product Management who work deeply with our product to ensure we are understanding our customers needs
• Work towards developing a deep understanding of our products in order to best support our customers
• Work with Practice specific technologies

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in testing Enterprise Web Applications. Experience and interest in Agile Project Management is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of modern web development concepts.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent defect tracking tools.
• Excited by technology, curious and eager to learn

• Collaborative team player who has the ability to partner with others and drive toward solutions
• Strong creative problem solving skills
• Solid communicator with excellent written and verbal communications skills both within the team and cross functionally
