As a project QHSE Engineer you will be part of the French team, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices both on site and in the office, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.Your responsibilities

  • Advise the workforce regarding QHSE-S matters and organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings

  • Execute audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of QHSE-S programs.

  • Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks.

  • Collect data and prepare reports. 

  • Escalate and communicate important QHSE-S issues and improvement initiatives to the QHSE department.  

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering and/or QHSE related studies such as safety science.

  • You have relevant experience in civil works. Project experience is a big plus.

  • You have an analytical mind and are able to work accurately.

  • You are service minded and a good communicator.

  • You are fluent, both written and verbal, in French and English.

  • You get energy from working with processes and organizing systems.

  • You are prepared to work on our French projects, such as Lambersart.
