1) Minimum 3 years experience working as a Quality Associate, preferably in a manufacturing organization, with fair knowledge of implementation of Quality Framework elements.

2) Working knowledge of the Basic Quality tools and techniques like Risk Management/Audits/RCA/CAPA etc.

3) Ability to support identification of problem areas and driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives

4) Good Communication skills and able to interact with the customers directly.  Should possess the ability to moderate the Quality reviews and other forums.

5) Ability to interpret data at a basic level and should have flair for numbers

6) Ability to build good rapport with the stakeholders

7) Working knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint



Requirements

1) Perform due diligence to understand the gaps in the Quality Framework structure

2) Understand the end to end process and identify the fatal & non-fatal audit parameters 

3) Create Process Flows and identify the improvement opportunities

4) Conduct FMEA (Risk Identification) for the critical process steps/product design on a periodical basis

5) Highlight the recurring issues on a regular basis, perform RCA and support implementation of Corrective Actions

6) Prepare the Quality related action plans on a regular basis and follow up with the action owners to ensure effective closure

7) Effectively drive Kaizen & Lean initiatives

8) Support Six Sigma Projects

9) Conduct review meetings with the stakeholders as per the agreed frequency and maintain the minutes of the meeting

10) Conduct internal audits as per ISO 9001 standard & systems as per pre-define checklist and notify non-conformances along with observations.

 

Academic & Professional Credentials 

 

1) The Candidate should be a graduate (any stream)

2) The Candidate should be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
