Job Summary:
As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at you will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. You will play a key role in designing testing scenarios, identifying bugs, and suggesting improvements to ensure that our software products are both functional and reliable.
Primary Functions:
- Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software problems and their causes.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Track and document all testing defects and resolutions.
- Participate in the design and development meetings to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system.
- Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process.
- Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards set forth by upstream sources.
- Work closely with vendors and customer to gain information and to ensure smooth deployment
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Shift Timings: Sunday to Thursday 1pm to10pm Indian Standard Time
Location: Remote
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of working experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with manual testing; automation experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and database testing.
- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
(Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills)
- Familiarity with C# and .NET environments is an advantage.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
